Five Star Garage Door Service Inc. is a licensed and insured garage door repair and installation company serving San Jose, CA and the greater Santa Clara County area. When you opt in to our SMS messaging program, you may receive appointment confirmations, service reminders, follow-up notifications, and if separately opted in, marketing messages including special offers and promotions related to our garage door services.

Section 2 — SMS Messaging Program

By providing your phone number and selecting an SMS consent checkbox on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Five Star Garage Door Service Inc. at the phone number provided. Two separate opt-in options are available:

• Non-marketing messages: appointment confirmations, service reminders, updates, and follow-up notifications.

Consent to either program is optional and is never required to submit a form or receive our services.

Section 3 — Opt-Out Instructions

After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Section 4 — Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages based on your service activity and the opt-in selections you made. Frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
